This two bedroom unit has undergone a complete renovation and is stunning. Both bedrooms have queen size beds & built in robes. The open plan kitchen living areas, are ideal for entertaining. With modern comfortable furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities and private courtyard with bbq*, you'll never want to leave.

Situated opposite St. Georges Square park you have so much on your door step. The property is an easy walk to cafes, butcher and shops. The local bus into the CBD runs regularly past your doorstep.

With it's central location you don't have to travel far to some of Launceston's attractions; City Park, Charles St restaurant strip, Boags Brewery, Cataract Gorge, Penny Royal World and the Harvest Market. If you're wanting to cool off or do some exercise, the Launceston Aquatic Centre is a 10 minute walk away. Public and Private Hospitals are a close 5 minute drive away.

There is undercover off street parking at the rear of the property.

    I have stayed in many places in and around Launceston, this was a real treat, it was close to the CBD, really modern and very quiet. The whole experience was terrific

    This place is a little gem, it is as large as the photos show even though it is a compact stand alone townhouse. Lots of extras - starter packs, laundry items. The best for me was the heated bathroom floor. Would definately stay here again.
