Great beach house, very cool place. Really close to a great playground and the beach. Excellent location, in a quiet culdesac. Excellent value, and I would love to stay there again.

Our family enjoyed staying here,so close to the beach. There were a few little issues- one of the bedroom doors would lock itself with no one inside, very tricky to unlock! Also, being winter and with 7 people to get clothes dried without a drier was also a challenge. Thankfully there were 2 clothes Airers, but we had to use the air-conditioning far more than I would have if a dryer had been available(it just wasn't as effective or efficient). Also was a little surprised that only 3 dishwashing tablets were left (we bought some and left a few more for the next guests, not that expensive really). A few instruction books for the appliances would have been helpful -sorry, couldn't find them if they were there! Overall though, those were only minor issues and we had a good time 😀

Was aclean and inviting house. Well presented and very clean. One thing that was disappointing was that on the Sunday night at around 8:00pm we had a knock on the front door from the neighbour. They asked if they could take the bi s out for us which ment they had to walk around the back. It would seem that this was done so that they could put there own rubbish in the bin. We were aware that the bin needed to go out as others in the street had been put out. The bin did only consist of a handful of cans. The interpretation was not warranted. Apart from this the shack was great and we would not hesitate to stay again in the future.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent stay at your Airbnb property, while there were some positive aspects, I regret to inform you that the overall experience did not meet our expectations, particularly given the substantial cost associated with the booking. To begin with, the absence of basic amenities was quite inconvenient. We were surprised to find no dishwasher tablets, no tissues, and no bins in the bathroom. The lack of these essentials made our stay less comfortable and presented challenges, especially with a 10-month-old baby who nearly placed a 5-cent coin, discovered behind one of the beds, into their mouth. The cleanliness of the accommodation was also a significant concern. Dusty surfaces, unclean floors (likely exacerbated by the absence of a mop-pad), and a mess of tissues, lolly wrappers, and loose change behind and under the beds reflected a lack of attention to detail in the cleaning process. Additionally, cobwebs were visible next to the bedside tables, contributing to an overall sense of neglect. Further compounding our dissatisfaction were the inadequate provisions in the bathrooms. With only one spare toilet roll per bathroom and no complimentary milk on arrival, our basic needs were not met. The provision of only one towel per person, along with the absence of fresh/new complimentary shampoo, conditioner, or body wash, added to our disappointment. The state of the dishes was equally disappointing, as cups and cutlery were found to be unclean. The absence of a mop pad made it impossible to address this issue effectively. While the property's proximity to the beach and the presence of a large deck were positive aspects, they were overshadowed by the numerous issues mentioned above. Considering the substantial cost

My husband and I along with our two dogs spent 3 nights here. We loved it, the location was excellent for us, close to beaches, coffee shops etc. The rear yard was well enclosed, ensuring no puppy escapes. The beds were very comfy. It had all you needed. No wifi, but hey one can survive. Would definitely recommend this property

This is a spacious, secure one level accommodation, located in a quiet street within a short walk of a lovely beach. It’s very private and has a secure level decked garden area at the rear, which is great if you’ve got young kids or pets. ( being a pet friendly). The north facing windows would make it very nice in winter. Linen is white and clean. Quite clean overall (except for one or two windows and one large kitchen draw which had crumbs etc). It has 3 roomy bedrooms and two bathrooms, so good for multiple people. It’s quite expensive if only one is paying though especially with the extra fees. At that price per night, and in this day and age, I feel wifi should be provided. Unfortunately I missed the very small print saying that it wasn’t. On the morning of my stay, I also got a text advising that there was poor tv reception. I live another suburb away and simply got a new antenna installed to solve this problem. There’s a large modern tv in the living area. It’s ‘smart’ but without the internet/wifi it only has a few free to air stations that can be watched. Tbh, I could live with one bathroom but the lack of wifi and good tv reception over a stay of several days was highly disappointing. I wish I’d been more thorough in reading the description.
