Superbly located in the heart of Launceston's cbd, is this home away from home apartment. If you're a family or a couple looking for a getaway or in the Launceston area on business, it's the perfect alternative to staying in a hotel. The apartment offers two very spacious bedrooms. One with a king bed & the second with two single beds. There's a large lounge area with double sofas & a large smart TV, which is Netflix enabled for your enjoyment. There's a walk in shower in the bathroom. The kitchenette is equipped with basic cooking facilities, which includes a one burner cook top, a two drawer dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee pod machine, a microwave oven, a full size fridge/freezer, toaster & kettle, along with crockery & cutlery. But we seriously don't think you'll need to cook/eat at home too much, as the apartment is within metres of the famous Morty's Food Court, where you'll be spoiled for choice of every style of cuisine. The large dining table can also double as a work space, for those needing somewhere to conduct business. There's also a combination washer/dryerfor your convenience as well.

The heart of Launceston city is only a few short minutes stroll away. Where you'll find an abundance of retail shops, cafe's, restaurants, pubs & Village Cinema. Venture a little further & you have the world renowned Cataract Gorge & Cliff Grounds, along with Boags Brewery & Utas Stadium (home of the AFL Tassie Hawks Hawthron football club). Or jump in the car & within a 30 minute radius, of the apartment, will see you in wine & cheese countryor quaint colonial villages such as Evandale, Longford or Perth.

This apartment, truly is the perfect home awayfrom home.

Plus,there's free onsite parking for one vehicle.

N.B.Traffic noise. And possibly rubbish collection noise from neighbouring cafes.

    Great location in the city. Unit was clean and the host gave good information on the way to get into the unit. The only issue was the road outside was very noisy and the unit had no ventilation.

    Beautiful apartment, lovely furnishings, great location. The king bed and sheets were really comfortable. We found the key pad at the front door a bit fiddly, and despite the air con in the hallway, the apartment was very hot at night for sleeping. Given the windows cannot be opened, I would recommend a pedestal fan in the main bedroom as well.

    Very comfortable accommodation, loved the keypad experience as it saves everyone having cards. Needs a couple of extra towels, bath mat, and hand towels.

    We loved how central the apartment was. We parked our car when we arrived and didn’t use it again until we left. We were able to walk to Cataract Gorge, the museum, to take a cruise and to eat out.

    The apartment was spacious and comfortable. I thought the apartment was nicer than the photos show. I liked the features of an older building such as high ceilings, ceiling roses ...

    The kitchen was only suitable for simple cooking but fine to cook up breakfast or a one pot lunch. We ate out at night since we were surrounded by restaurants. We appreciated the pod coffee and washing machine/dryer (including detergent).

    It was quite cold when we stayed but the rooms have plug in electric heaters which kept the living room and bedroom nice and warm and it had a reverse cycle air conditioner in the passage. It was still cold in the kitchen in the evening but we only used it briefly at that time so it was not a problem. I purchased some nice warm slippers and that made it much more comfortable.

    Overall we felt comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

    This little place has a lot of charm - until the evening when the traffic noise, sirens, speeding cars all come together in a very loud symphony and let’s not forget the garbage truck at 4.45am! I think the managing agents should think about that noise rather than sending messages to incoming stays at 8.31pm reminding you to be aware of others in the building and be mindful of noise. We did nothing wrong and we’re out most of the evening so you can imagine my surprise and annoyance at receiving this message. Really not great customer service.

    And the cleaner needs to have a closer look when cleaning the shower - it’s full of mould on the door track!
