The blue-stone wall in the bathroom is quite spectacular and marries perfectly with the minimalist design. There's a full laundry with washing machine & dryer.

A great comfortable base while you work away from home. Or an ideal spot to base yourself, as you explore Launceston and Northern Tasmania. Launceston CBD is an easy 10 minute walk away, passing through the picturesque City Park. Utas Stadium and Boags Brewery are almost on your doorstep.

The private deck provides a great space to catch some fresh air and sunshine.

N.B.; There is off-street for one car, behind the apartment. The driveway to get behind the apartment, is very steep & best suited to large SUV type of vehicles to use the driveway. Medium/smaller cars won't be able to access the parking. You can park on the street, where ever there is parking available.
