We're confident the sun and views will ensure your time spent here is more than enjoyable. But then on the other hand, you may want to share in the delights of the garden surroundings & enjoy an end of day tipple or cuppa. There are also two modern bathrooms & ample off street parking for three vehicles.

  Mountain View Delight is all you think it to be from its title. Beautifully situated above Launceston with amazing views out to the mountains.
  
  Everything about this home is wonderful and very thoughtful. Comfortable beds, ample towels, wonderfully warm and welcoming. Books & games - small details but thoughtful. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook your own meals as well as supplies such as coffee and sugar. Washing machine and laundry supplies were a godsend!
  
  Beautifully maintained and pretty garden I wandered around.
  
  Walking distance to IGA and not too far from a great little cafe. The gorgeous Cataract Gorge is very close by.

  This property is an absolute gem and a great find. The house itself is gorgeous with stunning original features and extremely spacious with massive rooms. The property is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay, the kitchen is stocked with excellent quality kitchenware and appliances. The view was amazing out of the kitchen and upstairs rooms, the location was central and easy to access everywhere we desired to visit. This is one property I would recommend in a heartbeat to anyone travelling to Launceston.
