Wooragee Cottage is the perfect home to base yourself, whilst exploring Launceston & Northern Tasmania. Situated in the charming suburb of South Launceston you are only a hop, skip & jump from the Launceston CBD & all attractions that the region has to offer.

The home has undergone a lovely renovation, whilst maintaining the heritage charms of a bygone era. Polished floor boards, high ceilings & ornate mantle pieces nestle in beautifully with the modern kitchen, bathroom & furnishings.

There's an outdoor undercover entertaining area, equipped with gas bbq which is the perfect spot to whip up gourmet delights that you've purchased whilst out exploring the area.

    Stayed at this property with two friends for a weekend away. Located slightly away from the centre of town but an easy flat walk to get there. Property is spacious and clean, and set up really well. Three double bedrooms, so a great place for a group of friends. Shower pressure was the only issue.

    The house was spotless, great location ,could do with another lounge , heating was a problem took forever to get the house warm, main bedroom ( only one we used ) the heater never got home. And don’t get me started on the shower, took FOREVER to get the right temp and even then the water pressure was ****. Sorry but for the price it was not worth it .
