Set on the fringe of Launceston's CBD is "Mulberry Lane" accommodation. A beautifully renovated two bedroom cottage, offering everything you could possibly want & more for a wonderful stay whilst exploring Launceston & surrounds.

Situated over two storeys. The king main bedroom is located upstairs with ensuite & very spacious walk in robe. this space has it's own dedicated heating/cooling system & second tv. Whilst downstairs is the modern open plan kitchen, dining & living, with electric heating/cooling, & smart tv. The second bedroom, with queen bed, also has it's own heating/cooling system. There is also a second bathroom with walk in shower & bath & full laundry facilities on this ground level.

Off the living area is a small patio area, complete with Weber Baby Q Bbq.

There is free off street parking for one vehicle only, at the rear of the home.

Available for long & short stays.

N.B.
For your safety, the accommodation is fitted with external security cameras that shows the driveway only.
The two doors in the downstairs hallway are locked off & not available to guests. No-one has access to these & they are not shared with anyone.
And access to the accommodation is NOT at the front from the street, but from the rear of the cottage.

    Four of us stayed for 3 nights at Mulberry Lane and we could not fault it. The location was fantastic, the house was a great layout and very spacious. The house was equipped with everything we needed.

    The Mulberry Lane accommodation was better than we expected. Beautiful, clean house. Heatpumps in all rooms did well to keep the house warm despite cold weather. Large bedrooms. SUPER comfy beds and high quality bedding.
    The bath, washing machine and dryer were really handy since we were travelling with two kids.
    Great location, walking distance to nice cafes and parks.

    Beautiful cottage in great location. Superbly appointed, even better than shown in photos. Generally excellent quality equipment. Only negatives were the iron, which was almost useless, and the dishwasher was poor and sometimes the dispenser did not open. Probably just needs a service. Minor points in an otherwise extremely enjoyable stay.

    We stayed in Mulberry lane at the beginning and end of our 6 week trip in Tasmania. What a gem the property was. It’s a credit to everyone involved. The property team , the owners and cleaners. It’s in a great location you wouldn’t think you are in the heart of the city as the location is so quiet. You are so close to eateries only a stones throw away . If ever we are back this will be our number one home away from home. Thank you Donna once again

    A quality property for your stay in Launceston . Well appointed throughout ,situated in a quiet elevated position a few minutes walk from the CBD. Very enjoyable. We would stay here again.
