It is the perfect base to explore Launceston & surrounding areas. Being just short drives to historic villages such as Evandale, Longford & Westbury.
Along with being close to the Tamar Valley wine & distillery regions.

The CBD is approx. 1.4km away & the Launceston General Hospital being 1.8km away. Along with close proximity to private & public schools.
